Cancellation Policy for Shaker Tours

At Shaker Tours, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure smooth operations and availability for all clients, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled tour: Clients can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time without any charges. Full refunds will be issued or bookings can be rescheduled to a more convenient time, subject to availability.
• 24 hours before the scheduled tour: Clients who cancel their bookings within this timeframe will be eligible for a 50% refund or can choose to reschedule their tour, depending on availability.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time. However, in cases of emergency, clients may contact Shaker Tours to discuss potential rescheduling options.

2. Bad Weather Conditions:

• Tours are subject to weather conditions. If Shaker Tours needs to cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their tour.
• If a tour begins but is cut short due to weather conditions that were not foreseeable, clients will be offered a prorated refund based on the duration of the tour.

3. No-Shows:

• Clients who do not show up for their tour will not receive a refund. If you anticipate a delay in arrival, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential adjustments to your tour schedule.

4. Modifications by Shaker Tours:

• Shaker Tours reserves the right to modify tour routes, schedules, or itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unforeseen operational considerations or changes in local conditions. In such cases, we will inform clients at the earliest opportunity and offer alternatives where possible.

5. Group Bookings:

• For group bookings (more than 6 participants), a notice of at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure is required for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 to 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a certain number of days, typically 7-10 business days, depending on the processing time of your bank or credit card company.
